Master Trainer for imparting training to the trainees would be selected preferably from the State/District awardees through state govt. agencies. Alternatively, he/she shall be an artisan holding an Artisan Card (AC) issued by the office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts). In case neither of the above is available, then in consultation with the District/ Block/ Panchayat Administration or any other informed sources, a local skilled artisan can also be selected for the purpose.
