Gond Tribal Painting is a vibrant folk art form practiced by the Gond tribe, primarily based in Madhya Pradesh. Rooted in a 1,400-year-old tradition, this painting style has evolved from wall art to paper and canvas. Originally adorning on mud homes to invoke good fortune and protect from evil, it showcases mythical stories, animals, and nature elements using fine dots, lines, and fish scales and bright colors. A prominent symbol in Gond art is the "Tree of Life," which symbolizes the interconnection of all living things. Traditionally, they use the natural colors; now they are using Acrylic color. To create the green color, they use leaves, and to create the brown color, they use some natural material.
