Crafted from a zinc and copper alloy, the piece is meticulously engraved and hand-inlaid with pure silver wire in a technique known as Tarkashi. The detailed illustration and ornamental motifs are set against the signature black oxidized surface, which is achieved through a traditional process using special soil found only in Bidar.
